OUR FINISHES
Materials transformed through craftsmanship.
At House of Vértice, every finish begins with the surface and ends with the experience of the space.
Through specialist preparation, skilled application and carefully selected materials, we create distinctive floors and architectural finishes designed to complement contemporary interiors and exceptional properties.
No two spaces are identical. Neither should their surfaces be.
Epoxy Flooring
Seamless. Refined. Built to Perform.
Epoxy flooring combines exceptional durability with a clean, uninterrupted aesthetic. From sophisticated residential interiors to commercial environments, our epoxy systems are professionally prepared and applied to create seamless surfaces with outstanding performance and visual impact.
Microcoatings
Minimalism Without Compromise.
Microcoatings create beautifully seamless surfaces with depth, movement and understated character. Their refined, contemporary appearance makes them ideal for floors, walls and selected architectural elements where traditional surface transitions would interrupt the design.
Venetian & Decorative Stucco
Texture. Depth. Individuality.
Decorative stucco transforms ordinary walls into architectural features. Applied by hand, each surface develops its own subtle movement, texture and character, creating a finish that cannot simply be replicated by conventional paint.
Architectural Surfaces
Material. Craftsmanship. Possibility.
Beyond our signature epoxy, microcoating and decorative stucco finishes, House of Vértice offers a considered collection of specialist architectural surfaces for floors, countertops and exterior environments.
From the timeless character of terrazzo to the natural texture of stone carpet and the understated sophistication of polished concrete, each finish is selected and executed to complement the architecture of the space.
Terrazzo
Timeless Material. Contemporary Expression.
Terrazzo combines mineral aggregates with skilled craftsmanship to create distinctive surfaces with exceptional depth, character and longevity. From refined contemporary floors to bespoke countertops and statement surfaces, terrazzo can be tailored through aggregate selection, scale, tone and finish to complement the surrounding architecture.

Through specialist grinding, refinement and polishing, the natural aggregate within the concrete can be revealed to create floors and surfaces with depth, variation and understated character. Suitable for contemporary residences, hospitality environments, retail spaces and commercial interiors.

Floors Are Only the Beginning
Beyond the Floor.
Architectural finishes need not stop where the floor ends.
Selected House of Vértice materials can be used to create countertops, kitchen islands, vanity tops, bars and bespoke architectural features — allowing material, texture and colour to become part of the wider design language of the space.

Our Method
THE VÉRTICE APPROACH
The finish is only as good as what lies beneath it.
Exceptional architectural finishes require exceptional preparation. Every House of Vértice project begins with an assessment of the existing substrate, environment and intended use before the appropriate preparation and finishing system is specified.
